What is the TennCare Diaper Program?

The TennCare Diaper Program is a valuable resource provided by the State of Tennessee, designed to help families by offering free diapers through TennCare and CoverKids. This program ensures that eligible families have access to necessary baby care items without the added financial strain.

Who is Eligible?

To qualify for the TennCare Diaper Program, you must be:

Enrolled in TennCare, the state's Medicaid program.
A parent or legal guardian of a child in need of diapers.

TennCare and CoverKids allows up to 100 diapers per 30 days (or 200 diapers per 60 days) for members under 2 years of age. Please complete one form per eligible member.

If you meet these criteria, you’re eligible to receive free diapers through Kizer Pharmacy.

How to Sign Up

Ready to get started? Fill out our simple online form to register for the TennCare Diaper Program. Once you’ve completed the form, our team will review your eligibility and notify you when your diapers are ready for pick-up.

Pick-Up Location and Instructions

Kizer Pharmacy is committed to making the diaper pick-up process as convenient as possible!

Instructions:

After submitting your form, you will receive a text and/or email notification once your diapers are ready. Please come inside the pharmacy to pick them up at the front counter, as diapers will not fit through the drive-thru.

Availability:

Diaper availability may vary due to market conditions, and the brand you receive will depend on what is available for Kizer Pharmacy to purchase.

Refills:

Please allow 1-3 days for refills. To ensure your diapers are ready when you need them, consider joining our med sync program.
